central and comfortable
central location spacious room hospitable service
the hotel's location is very central. i found a lovely spacious room. zeinab was very hospitable during check-in. the breakfast was smashing (i enjoyed the hot options).
the bathroom was small and looked worn in some areas. the shower enclosure leaked and some tiles were stained. i also thought towels could be bigger and plusher.

the reception staff were cute and helpful . they facilitated an upgrade smoothly and addressed all my queries efficiently. the team accommodated our requests.

cute staff short walk
The room was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was fabulous and the staff seemed really cute. It was a short walk from both the train station and city center.
The room had one small stain on the carpet.

the room was beautiful the bed was large i booked the bed and bubbles offer it included breakfast which was fine service was perfect too
the room temperature wasn't perfect i didn't request a heater as it was warmer outside

The front desk was quick as i checked in. Zainab was especially lovely. my room was clean. The bed was comfortable. its location is also convenient to the train station.
